Service Upgrade Notice

To provide a smoother experience, starting from 27 June 2025, we will discontinue the EziNet and transition fully to our OneZurich customer portal. By logging into OneZurich, you can continue to view your policy details and make fund switches.

Here's how you can get started:
  1. Go to customer.zurich.com.hk/login to register or log in to OneZurich
  2. Select your policy
  3. Click on "View More Policy Detail" to continue viewing your policy details or making fund switches
